[archive] Proposals for CIVA for 2001Proposals for changes to FAI Sporting Code (Section 6) and CIVA Regulations are now available for viewing here. These recommendations are made by the CIVA Catalogue, Rules, Glider and Judging Sub-Committees which met in Lausanne, Switzerland --- headquarters of the FAI --- in May 2000. CIVA will consider these proposals in November. Most of the changes would take effect on 1st January 2001 and in time for the World Air Games in Spain next year. Members of the aerobatic community are invited to submit their views and comments directly to their national delegates.
The original proposals from which the above recommendations are derived are still available below for your information. They can be downloaded as PDF documents, individually or all together. PDF files can be consulted and printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. The complete package has been compressed to reduce the file size. This compressed file requires a programme such as Winzip to decode.
