Any incident or accident

In F1B, Mr. Pera KOLIC from Serbia entered 4 competitors including himself and his son and paid entry fees for these 4 persons and asked for them to be at the same starting pole. From the first round to the end, only his son was flying. It has been noted that at each round, Mr. Kolic indicated to the time keepers that the other three were not flying and even he signed the flying card for them…
This action has been confirmed as being usual for Mr.Kolic in other competitions, by other contests organisers.
It means that Mr.Kolic is buying advantages for his son being alone at his starting pole.
This action might be considered as unsporting behaviour and should be considered by the general World Cup Jury for further action.
