Several Planning Points.

  • Please make sure the meeting notice is distributed at the pilot and officials registration and one more time the day before the actual meeting.
  • In organizing the meeting make sure that all CIA Subcommittee and Working Group members are asked if they will attend the meeting.
  • Each Subcommittee and Working Group representative should give a 2 or 3 minute presentation on current projects and issues in their area so that those in attendance can focus on some specific points.

If you have any questions on how to organize this session please contact either the EPAS or Public Relations and Development Chairmen.

With a number of CIA Bureau and Subcommittee representatives present at this World Championship we could like to make them available for an open question and answer session right after this briefing.

In order to keep the discussion on topic it is suggested that we go by subcommittee than open the discussion to other topics as the audience wishes.
