Actions Arising from 2000 Plenary (refer to Minutes) of PR & Development, Logo & Product and LTAE WG

  1. Review Minutes from 2000 Plenary

  2. Review the Name and the Logo of the CIA: We recommend to streamline the Logo we have and to propose 3 new sets of colours to be chosen by the 2002 Plenary.

  3. Follow up on the Expenditure motion from the 2000 CIA Plenary
    We purchased 1000 patches at 3000 CHF (=1900 Euros and 1800 US$).

  4. Gordon Bennett web project See Alex NAGORSKI

  5. CIA marketing brochure
    The brochure will be made by June and available to the Delegates, with the CD. The summary will be in English, French and German and the contents will be in English. It will contain the topics of the CD in 3 languages and explanation in English.

  6. CD for event organisers
    The CD containing sanctioned Events process will be sent with the brochure to the Delegates, event organisers etc.. by June 2001.

  7. CIA Website - review See Alex NAGORSKI

  8. WAG Public Relations needs Unknown at time of meeting.

Motion 1: Expenditure of 1500 US$ for 500 Brochures of a maximum of 16 pages each + 100 to 150 CDs

Motion 2: Expenditure of 600 US$ for 10 Flags for the 2001 Events.
