Comments from CIA Secretary

Proxies can be submitted at any time up to the start of the Plenary Meeting, and it is the responsibility of the delegate concerned, and not the CIA Secretary or Officers, to ensure proper submission.

The signature on a proxy must be of the President or Secretary General of the NAC concerned, NOT the Balloon Federation or Ballooning Section of the NAC. Proxies not submitted in writing or not properly signed will not be accepted.
