2. Discussion of 2002 Sanction applications
- Event details reviewed and discussed in Event Development and Advisory Working Group on Wednesday.

5. Event Standards and Evaluations (ESE) Working Group
WG was not active this year in fulfilling its role even though some new people were added to the group. Alex Nagorski (CDN), Vladimir Karnaukhov (UKR), and Dianne Ireland (AUS) will work in 2002 to get the WG active and on track. Further members to the WG will be accepted in 2003. It was agreed with CSC that they will continue doing event questionnaires while ESE restructures.
Discussion of event reporting procedures and what information should be collected by ESE. These include:
- Jury Report - including No shows list
- Event Debriefings
- Safety Reports
- Directors Report
- CSC survey
- Organizers report need to identify information to be collected and design forms. Where possible include information from sponsors, hotel, local media, etc.
The information should then be analyzed and distributed to the appropriate CIA Subcommittees by the end of each year so they can review and action recommendations.
6. Printing and Distribution of AX Section 3 Rules
Shipping problems and some organizers language needs were discussed and it was felt that an electronic version of the rules would be the best solution. They could be downloaded from the CIA Web site or a request sent to Alex to send a CD. Alex will check into and resolve any download problems encountered.
7. Event Calendar
Vladimir suggested making available on the Web a schedule of sanctioned events in a calendar format. Alex will work on it.
