Special Calculation Programs for Verifying Scoring Programs
for use by CIA Jury members, CIA Scoring Working Group and AX Working Group

The ELLAN.EXE, FORM123.EXE and WindChart003 programs have been developed by Masashi Kakuda (JPN) and donated to the CIA on July 12. 2002. They have been set up to allow the Jury to verify scoring as part of their role at events.
They are made for Windows 2000, but tested on Windows XP. However, it may
request special DDL files or others on Windows 98, depends on what program
you installed.
ElbLan (2002 version):
Calculates degrees of Angle with three points and area of triangle. It also calculates and
shows infringes and penalty degrees or points if MIN or
MAX distances are set.
It may help Jury work for inspections during competition and also assist a competitor to
check his performance at Elbow, Angle and Land Run tasks.
Forml123 (2002 version):
Calculates point scores with Formula 1, 2 and 3, described in the
CIA-AX-MER-2002.
WindChart003: --- Excel Macro program
When you input compass degrees (from north) of pibal and an angle of
elevation (horizon = 0), at 'DataInput'.
Elevation angle ------> EL
Horizontal angle ----> AZ
You can see the chart of 'Chart' page and print.
This version is fixed at '100 meters' unit at this moment. I may add new
features (change units and timing) in the next version.
