The 2015 FAI Awards Ceremony tonight celebrated the achievements of air sports men and women through the prestigious FAI Medals and Diploma, and the FAI-Breitling Awards. The event took place aboard the ship SS Rotterdam, docked in the harbour of her namesake city in The Netherlands, as part of the 109th FAI General Conference, which starts tomorrow.

The 13th FAI European Microlight Championships ended on 23 August 2015 in Kruszyn (Poland).

On Saturday 15 August, the 13th FAI European Microlight Championships were declared open at Kruszyn Airfield in Wloclawek, some 200 km northwest of Warsaw. Teams from 11 nations are competing in 4 valid classes for the title of European champion.

The 2nd FAI World Paramotor Slalom Championships Come to an End


The 2nd FAI World Paramotor Slalom Championships in Legnica, Poland, ended on Saturday 4 July 2015 with the handover of the medals and trophies to the winners.  Gold, Silver and Bronze were awarded to the teams of Poland, France and Spain.

In that frame, we are trying to inssure that all athletes participating in FAI sanctioned events (any event registered in the FAI Calendar) and who may therefore be subject to doping control must request a TUE before taking a prohibited medication.

An international jury selected the three best paintings for each of the categories: Junior (ages 6-9), Intermediate (ages 10-13), Senior (ages 14-17). Their authors will receive FAI gold, silver and bronze medals.
