Weather has finally improved -- the ceiling is now over 900 meters and the warm-up pilot is in the air as of this writing (14.53 local time). We will be continuing Programme 2 shortly. The notices posted on the Official EAC Bulletin Board below pretty much say it all. Actually, the cloud base was checked at 14.00 (not a.m.).
