FAI Recommended Museum: Israel Air Force Museum

"Where every aircraft has a story to tell!"

The story of the Israel Air Force Museum (IAF), is the story of Israel - excitement, split second decisions, amazing dogfights, missions that stunned the world and true acts of heroism. It's a rich, exciting story - a true story that comes alive at the Israel Air Force Museum.

This outdoor exhibit, which opened to the public on June 20, 1991, included more than 100 aircraft - 30 of which are airworthy - anti-aircraft systems, helicopters and even a piece of a SCUD missile. A Boeing 707 used on the famous Entebbe Mission has been converted into a theater which shows IAF videos.
