Agenda of the 2005 Plenary Meeting

The meeting will take place at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne (Switzerland) and is planned to run from 15.00 to approximately 18.00 on 21st January 2005, and after adjournment to 09.00 on 22nd January, to complete the meeting by 12.00 on 22nd January 2005.

  5. Approval of Minutes from last Meeting.
     
  6. Commission President’s Report.
     
  7. Old Business -- Review of "to do" items from previous meeting.
    • Website Development -- Chris Nicholas
    • Noise -- UK progress on adoption of airfield noise policy.

  8. Discussion of the status of the Commission, how much weight does the Commission have within the FAI and what kind of working plan do we see would be possible to have for the Commission – topic suggested by Riikka Vilkuna, Swedish delegate.
     
  9. Budget. To settle upon what we want to submit to FAI for 2006, to be addressed at their meeting next fall. In addition, we need to address what, if anything, we want to spend the money on which was allocated us from the last FAI meeting's approved budget, such as for travel, translation, etc. Finally, we need to discuss ideas for 'selling' the commissions on supporting our budget. Topic suggested by Bernald Smith, USA delegate and Vice President.
