The latest versions of Section 3 of the FAI Sporting Code are:

• Section 3, 1999 Edition, 8th Amendment, valid from October 1, 2007.
• Annex A to SC3, 2006 Edition, valid from October 1, 2006 (including handicap list 2006)
• Annex B to SC3, including ammendments 1 to 3, valid from
  October 1, 2005.
• Annex C to SC3, 2000 Edition, 8th Amendment, valid from October 1, 2006.

The following pilots are currently leading the rankings:

2. Janusz Centka (POL)
3. Gyorgy Gulyas (HUN)

Both lists are used to disseminate official FAI/IGC information such as notification of world records, information on championships, news/press releases etc., but one may be used in addition for discussion.
