CIVL Badge program has been updated
At the recent Plenary meeting in Panajachel, the CIVL badge system was updated. You can read a four-part article on what was wrong with the old system, and what was changed and improved by the delegates, here: http://midtoad.homelinux.org/wp/index.php. Look in the 'flying' category.
