The Aerobatic calendar
A lot of work this year for the Aerobatic Working Group. It needs to organize a convincing calendar, stabilize the regulations and train new judges. Its aim? A great 2005 year, so the 2006 first official World Championship can be awesome!

Montmin-Doussard (France) - May 25th to 29th - Cat 2
Italy - August 11th to15th
Villeneuve (Switzerland) - August 16th to 21st - Cat 2
Le Bourget du Lac (France) - August 26th to 28th
Salta (Argentina) - October 28th to 30th
The overall winner wins the World Aerobatic Tour.

Norway - June 23rd to 25th
Zell am See (Austria) - July 15th to 17th
Jeongdongjin Beach (Korea) - July 27th to 31st - Cat 2
Bohinj (Slovenia) - August 5th to 7th
Montana (Bulgaria) - August 16th to 21st - Cat 2
Reunion Island - St Leu (France) - November 3rd to 6th
NORWEGIAN ACRO CUP
Ardal - July 16th to 17th
Narvik - July 22rd to 24th

Volda/Orsta Himmelseglarlag - September 3rd to 4th
Each competition has 4-5 planned runs. The overall winner wins the Cup. The overall results also counts for the World Ranking.

CIVL proficiency badges
CIVL proficiency badges are standards of achievement, intended to provide a graduated scale of difficulty to measure and encourage the development of a pilot’s flying skill, particularly in cross-country flying.
