CIVL Jury & Steward Handbook Version 1.3 available on-line

Version 1.3 of the CIVL Jury & Steward Handbook is now available at http://www.fai.org/hang_gliding/documents/ The handbook now has an appendix on 'Coping with stressful situations' written by Sarah Fenwick, who in addition to her CIVL work, is a sport and performance psychology coach.
The CIVL handbook should be read in conjunction with the FAI Jury handbook available at /documents/otherdocs/jury_handbook
