Where is the IPPI card recognised and used?

Does anyone actually know where I can find a list with countries that accept (which level of) the IPPI License?

This page gives information on which countries recognize the IPPI card, and specific conditions that apply. Countries not listed here are invited to report on their situation to Scott Torkelsen.
