The annual plenary meeting of the FAI Aerobatics Commission (CIVA) will begin with informal planning discussions on Friday, the 15th of November at the Burg Rabenstein, Waischenfeld, Germany. These sessions are helpful to Delegates in looking ahead to the future and to discuss rules proposals in an open and informal setting with no time limits. The formal sessions will begin on Saturday, the 16th of November when the plenary opens at 09.00 at the Burg.
The following countries have registered delegations for the meeting:
Australia, Austria, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the USA.
More registrations are expected in the next few days. CIVA will consider rules proposals for 2003, Known compulsory sequences, and bids for future championships as well as reports on World and Continental Championships that are scheduled for 2003.
The meeting will be chaired by Mike Heuer, President of CIVA, and attended by the FAI President, Wolfgang Weinreich, and Secretary General Max Bishop.
