The IPC Artistic Events Committee had to decide to reverse the changes in the competition rules and addenda as laid out in the news bulletins #13 and #14 published earlier. As such, the committee urgently asks all skydivers concerned to ignore these bulletins completely. Some parts are still valid, but are now covered in bulletin #15.
