Sponsors play an increasingly important role in today’s sporting competitions. Without the sponsors’ support, the athletes could not afford to train and prepare, and the organizers could not put on the caliber of events that makes competing in them so rewarding to the athletes. FAI and athletes competing in World Games parachuting/skydiving are fortunate to receive - for the second time since Lahti 1997 - support from a number of companies that they are closest to in many ways: the parachute industry. These companies not only provide the sport with the equipment athletes are depending on every time they leave the aircraft, they also share with the entire FAI contingent at Akita the visions on the sport’s future development. They’re more than sponsors; they’re partners ! And this partnership is made in heaven, time and again... The participation of parachuting/skydiving in the World Games would not have been possible without the invaluable contributions of the following PARTNERS of the parachute industry: | |
