22. Additional Items for Discussion

22.1 The CIA establish a Special Working Group to review the CIA Subcommittee structure and responsibilities in order to recommend an organization that can best meet the needs of the international ballooning community for the future.  The Working Group must publish its findings and recommendations by December 1, 2003.

22.2 AXMER Lite. - The AXMER Lite originate from the AXMER and are changed to adopt the GPS-logger and some other smaller changes to simplify competitions. This is the first draft and the intention is that, it is accepted as an alternative set of rules in the CIA to be used as desired for competitions including CAT I but excluding continental and world championships. 22.3 Proposal for the publication of Competitor CV’s which should be linked to WRL. Where should this be published, who will collect and maintain the data and look after the web site.
