2nd FAI Asian PG Championship changes

The organisers of the 2nd FAI Asian PG Championship, 2010, Japan asked for a number of changes to the original bid document to be accepted, including a slight date change and the currency for entry fees. The following changes were accepted by the CIVL Bureau, subject to ratification by the Plenary in 2010. The bureau has discussed the changes requested by the organiser and accepts the following proposed changes: a) To change the representative person from Yasuro Setoguchi to Kazushi Nishigaya b) To modify the dates slightly to run from 29th April to 9th May, 2010 c) To change the name of the competition site from Yoshinogawa to Nishiawa The organisers also requested an increase in entry fees from 240€, noted in the bid document, to JPY50,000. The Bureau did not accept this level of increase, but does agree to change the entry fee to local currency, at the level in force when the bid was made (40,000JPY). This is an effective increase due to subsequent currency fluctuations. A modified Organiser Agreement will be drawn up by the FAI.
