This version incorporates the new leading points distribution which is documented in the 2019 World Cup Rules (Appendix C page 56) in http://pwca.org/rules/PWCA%20Competition%20Rules%202019.pdf

Use of this new distribution is optional and it will be possible to use the standard leading points distribution (not recommended).
